Review of Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitestrips

I have been using Crest 3D Whitestrips for the past couple of weeks. This is the first time I have tried a teeth whitening product.  Since I do smoke and drink both coffee and sweet tea, I should have tried something a long time ago.

I was surprised at how easy they are to use.  The box came with 20 strips, each one containing both a top and bottom strip.  They very easily peel off the clear backing and then you just stick it over your teeth.  I would put them on before I got into the shower and remove them when I was totally done getting ready.  That is usually about 30 minutes, which was perfect timing. 

When your time is up, they peel right off.  It doesn't even leave any residue or strange taste.  Considering I am a smoker and coffee drinker, I didn't think I would see results right away.  After just a few days though I was noticing a change.  I have used 16 of the 20 strips so far and and happy with the results.   You can see a difference in my before and after pictures below.  So it is true that, "If You're Not Whitening, You're Yellowing."

Want To Be A Super Hero?

I recently received a Butterfly Spirit Connections cd to review called Super Hero Mediation Practice by Jennifer Farmer. Jennifer is an intuitive, medium and spiritual teacher. Her goal with the cd is to leave you feeling more empowered and connect to your Super Hero.

I wanted to do this review because I knew it would be challenging for me. I have tried meditation before and always fail miserably. I have a very hard time clearing my mind and getting to a totally relaxed and calm state.

The CD consists of three parts:

1. A short introduction, 3:25 min. - Preparing to embrace your Super Hero
2. Super Hero, Part 1, 27:28 min. - Release unhealthy patterns and move into your Super Hero 
3. Super Hero, Part 2, 21:59 min. - Strengthen your inner Super Hero with affirmations

Jennifer guides you through the meditations with sensitivity and patience.  It moves along at a pace that I can actually work with.  I have been frustrated with previous meditation cd's because they move too quickly from step to step.  Jennifer helps you to rid and transform negative thoughts and to take control of your life.  I do believe in the power of positive thinking and how it can change your life.

Each time I listen to the cd, I am left feeling a little more confident and less stressed.  I do recommend listening to Part 1 a few times before moving on to Part 2.   I plan to continue using the cd as I do feel better and more at ease afterwards. 

I think moms are real life super heroes, so why not embrace yours.  The more confident I feel, the more I accomplish. We all need to have that bit of personal time to get away from the stress of everyday life.

Growing On Facebook

I finally made the leap and started a Facebook Fan Page.  I soon realized that I should have done this a long time ago.  It's already helped me bring in some new readers and I am meeting some great people.  I am also getting more likes and feedback on my posts and content.  I love to hear from others and learn a lot that way.

After starting the page, I posted the first milestone I wanted to reach.  Upon reaching 500 fans, I would give away a prize to a random fan.  I was amazed at how quickly I reached this milestone. To celebrate, Andrea Rose was chosen as the 500 fan winner.  She has already received her Amazon gift code.

I started the Lil' Debi As Mama  fan page on October 19th and have grown to 648 fans.  I have been working many late nights on this blog lately.  I have some ideas to improve and expand.  Good things are coming.  I am also working on four different reviews that will all be posted in the next couple of weeks.

The next milestone I would be thrilled to reach is 3000 fans.  I will have a giveaway and am already working on some prizes.  I don't want to reveal any prizes yet, but I will say you can wear one of them around your neck.
