Ozeri Digital Blood Pressure Monitor #Review

I have been trying to be healthier and get more exercise since I'm now in my forties.  I'll admit that I'm not so great in my consistency in acheiving this goal, but little by little I'll get there.  One thing that does help to motivate me more is if I have some cool tools or gadgets.  For example, I started using a pedometer to keep track of how many steps I take each day.

I received another cool gadget in the pursuit of a healthier me, the Ozeri Digital Blood Pressure Monitor.   It arrived with a nice hard shell portable case, and is small and lightweight.  It measures your blood pressure, pulse and detects irregular heartbeat.

I love how easy it is to use and that it will talk to me.  I made a quick video of me taking my blood pressure so you can also hear how it talks to you and walks you through the process.  The voice feature can also be turned off if you wish.
