I had my glasses within 12 days of ordering and they arrived packaged very nicely.  Each pair came with a hard case and cleansing cloth.  I also received a soft case and the eyeglasses come with a set of tools too.

I couldn't be more pleased with my new glasses.  I feel like a fashionista and believe me this mama needed that.  This is the first time I have tried plastic frame eyeglasses and I love them.  They are comfortable and don't leave those nose pad marks like my other ones.
